Thank you for shopping with us. Any item(s) purchased that you don't love may be returned or exchanged. Merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, and in its original condition. Returns must be made within 30 days of the date of purchased item(s). If you wish to exchange, please email support@reset-you.ca and please indicate the reason for the exchange.

We currently only ship within Canada.
How do I cancel my order after the order has been placed?
Payment or billing information cannot be altered once an order is placed. To request a change in your order, you must contact us support@reset-you.ca
How to place an order
You can simply order by adding your selection(s) to your shopping cart and complete the checkout process. Your order will be shipped within 2-3 business days, if you would like to request a change in your order, please email us within 48 hours.
